We follow a safer recruitment process to ensure that all staff members are suitable and share our genuine passion for working with children. Each staff member undergoes a thorough background check and holds an Enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificate, and completes accredited and in-house Safeguarding training.
In addition, we prioritise the well-being of every child by ensuring staff implement robust and multi-faceted health and safety procedures, with amazing supervision ratios maintained throughout each day. When the inevitable bumps and scrapes do happen, we will always have a number of qualified Paediatric First Aiders present at each of our holiday camps.
