Every day children will need to be signed in on arrival at camp and signed out on collection.

Children between the ages of 5 and 14, and four year olds who are booked in for full days, arrive between 8.30am and 9.15am and finish at 4.30pm.

Four year olds who are booked in for half days will need to be collected at 1pm.

We offer After Camp Club from 4.30 until 6pm.

We recommend this to anyone collecting their children after 5pm. Instead of sitting, waiting and watching whilst others are picked up, the After Camp Club children will be whisked away to a separate area at 4.30 where the non stop fun will continue with further structured activities.

This can be added at the time of booking for an additional cost of £5 per child per day.

Please don’t fret as we will of course be maintaining our free extended days until 5.30.  From 5pm children will be able to play informal games with available staff so, as ever, you will collect them with a smile on their faces.

New for 2020! For just an extra £3 you can drop your child off at the earlier time of 08:00am, perfect for many of you with those early morning commitments. This is available at all venues.

Please note, the regular drop off time still begins at 08:30am so don’t worry about booking this if you can make it for then!

In the morning you will be asked to let us know who will be collecting your children. We will need proof of identification from the person signing the children out if they did not sign them in at morning registration.

If you intend on your child leaving camp by themselves, we will require written authorisation.

To ensure that your children get the most out of our amazing programme, please ensure that you keep to our course times and drop off and collect your children promptly.

We ensure that all children get the maximum out of each day and take part in as many activities as possible.

Our sessions last 45 minutes and there are at least seven sessions per day. This rotation ensures that each and every session is packed with excitement and that there is something for everyone on camp.

There are plenty of opportunities for breaks too, with one 20 minute break in the morning, one in the afternoon and plenty of water breaks along the way.

A 45 minute lunch break also ensures the children have enough time to relax, chat with each other and replenish their bodies with much needed fluids and energy.
