I have twin girls who are very different characters and they both love Activ Camps. The staff are super and the activities great fun. They request to go back each year.

A swimming pool, extensive indoor areas, astro turf, fields and courts are all of the world class facilities we need to run our favourite Activ activities.
Situated in the heart of Barnes, this camp is easily accessible to those who live in Barnes, Hammersmith, Fulham and Putney.
We have two Barnes camp locations which run on alternative weeks so be sure to visit them both!
Lunch – All children will need to bring a packed lunch, to keep the energy up for the non-stop fun throughout the day!
Snacks – Children are given the opportunity to have snack time during the two break times throughout the day, please pack additional items to their packed lunch. We also have a small tuck shop with cereal bars and juice boxes, each item costs 50p.
Allergens on camp – Activ Camps is, unfortunately, unable to completely control the presence of allergens on camp. Of course, we have members of our team trained to respond to allergic reactions, including the administering of auto-adrenaline injectors, and have a robust medication policy in place. Our staff are also instructed to regularly remind children not to share food. Parents and carers are encouraged, for the safety of all children on site, to avoid sending their children to camp with foods that include prevalent food allergens. These include nuts, eggs, shellfish and chickpeas. Please click here to learn more about food allergens.
Swimming Kit –Make sure that your little one has their funkiest swimming gear, a towel and perhaps some goggles!
If you’re attending between the dates of 16th – 25th August 2023, swimming will unfortunately be unavailable, however, please do continue to pack kits as we will be enjoying Water Fight Mania and the inflatable Slip N’ Slide when the weather suits!

Swimming:
This activity is available subject to the availability of the swimming pool on site.
Whilst we aim to run sessions daily, due to our safety policies, it’s sometimes possible not every group on camp will swim, however, at St Paul’s School, your child is very likely to have a session of swimming every day. There are occasional situations beyond our control that may impact the availability of the swimming pool.
If swimming is unavailable we will always continue to provide a wonderfully wide range of activities.
If you would like your child to be with a friend, please be aware that grouping requests must be made at sign in. You will be directed to our grouping forms to write down your request, so please ensure it is written down.
Since groups are created daily, please ensure to repeat your request each morning to the staff on site. Please note that due to the complex nature of groupings we cannot always accommodate every grouping request.
If you are arriving later than 09:15am it will be very unlikely that we can accommodate your grouping request as groups may already be full.
Please ensure you check that your child has all of their belongings before leaving the premises.
Lost property is collected and placed on a table next to the sign-out desk every day. If you have lost an item, please ask a member of staff on camp to view our lost property.
If you are not returning to the site again, please call the site phone number found under ‘Camp Contact Details’ to check if your item has been found.
We ask that all lost property be collected from the site before the final Friday of the camp season.
Medication form: Your child(ren) will not be able to join if we do not have the correct, and in-date, medication for them.
Please complete the Medication Form in advance if you are bringing medication to camp

Epipen form: If your child is bringing an Auto-Adrenaline Injector (Epipen), then you will need to fill in a different form.
With the wide range of allergens that there are, Activ Camps is unfortunately unable to completely control the presence of these on camp. Of course, we have members of our team trained to respond to allergic reactions, including the administering of auto-adrenaline injectors, and have a robust medication policy in place. Our staff are also instructed to regularly remind children not to share food.
