Call these numbers for any on camp enquiries such as changes in pick up arrangements and lost property etc. Please note that these numbers will only be in use during camp times, Tuesday to Friday, 8am to 6pm.
TIMINGS
5 – 14 year olds:
Drop off commences at 08:30 and all children should be signed in by 09:15. If children are signed in later than this we will not be able to ensure that they are in the group of their choice.
Pick up commences at 16:30 but we offer FREE extended days until 17:30.
Remember that if the person picking up is different to who dropped your child off they must have photo ID!
WHAT TO BRING
Swimming kit:
All children should have their funkiest swimming gear, a towel and perhaps some goggles. Even if there is no pool at your venue, if the weather is good the activities might get wet and wild!
Spare clothes:
In this wonderfully unpredictable British climate, a spare change of warm clothes and a rain jacket is a must on camp. Whether it’s an impromptu snow shower or long-awaited heat wave (and the spontaneous water fight) a spare set of clothes (pants and socks included) is a must.
… and of course, last but not least, do bring a great, big smile!
MEDICATION FORM
If your child has any medication (Epipens, asthma inhalers, hayfever tablets etc.) it will have to be signed in. To save yourself some time during sign in you can complete the Medication Form and bring it along to camp!
PHONE POLICY
We understand that mobile phones are important for older children travelling independently to and from camp. However, children at Activ Camps will be reminded that the use of phones between 0930 and 1640 is not allowed. This especially applies to inside the changing rooms.
They will be offered the opportunity to hand in their phones to the site office. Activ Camps staff reserve the right to, and will, confiscate mobile phones if a child is seen using one.
