Club Overview
Our Breakfast Club runs from 07:45 am until the start of school. Upon arrival, we warmly welcome the children and offer them a variety of healthy breakfast options, including a hot breakfast every day.
We make sure children are energised for the school day ahead. Each session finishes with a fun, active warm-up activity like Music Mania, setting a positive tone for the rest of their day.
Our After School Club runs from the end of school until 17:55 pm. Children enjoy a variety of EPIC activities, including Dodgeball, Foam Stick Hockey and many more. We also include regular craft days and project-based activities throughout the term to provide an enjoyable learning environment.
We provide a range of healthy snacks and nutritious mini meals such as pastas, soups, and filled pitta breads during each session. Every day is carefully planned by our team to ensure a safe, inclusive, and fun environment for children to enjoy.

Sign In & Sign Out Procedures

Breakfast Club
Start the day with a healthy and energized morning routine.
Sign in: When you arrive, you will be greeted by a member of staff to sign in your child. Once signed in, the staff member and your child will head into the school hall where they will be presented with a tasty selection of Breakfast options including toast, porridge, and a variation of cereals!

After School Club
Safe coordination from school teachers directly to our group leaders.
Sign in: Once school finishes, the children are collected from the playground by their group leader for the afternoon. All children registered at After School Club that afternoon are accounted for by school teachers.
Sign out: Children can be collected at any time! If you would like to pick up your child before 17:30, simply call the site phone on: 07519 596 539. From 17:30, a staff member will be present at the gate to sign out your child provided you have your confirmation email.
Present Your Confirmation Email At Sign Out
You are required to present your booking confirmation email when signing out your children. This email displays your children's names and the dates they are booked in for. Please have this ready on your phone, (with the brightness turned up) to present to staff at sign out.
This process ensures the security of all children attending our After School Club, giving our staff and parents peace of mind that every child returns home safely.
If you are unable to locate your confirmation email, please contact info@activcamps.com as soon as possible and we will locate it for you.
Payment Plans & Vouchers
Flexible Payment & Split Schedules
We are pleased to offer the flexibility of split or monthly payments for any large bookings you make with us. Our reference to "payment plans" encompasses any booking that is not paid in full immediately.
For those of you who opt to split payments over the term, we kindly request that you confirm your payment plan to secure your spots.

At both Breakfast & After School clubs, we will provide your child with healthy and balanced breakfasts and snacks throughout the school year.
Critical Profile Updates
If your child has any allergies, then it’s crucial that you include these as part of their details on our booking system.
You can update their details by logging into your account. If you’re not sure how to do this, please email info@activcamps.com.
Up-to-Date Food Menus
Our nutrition plans change on a regular basis to provide a healthy mix of carbohydrates, fresh foods, and balanced snack options for kids.

Terms & Conditions and Medication
Business Terms & Medication Requirements
It is important that you familiarize yourself with our terms of business, particularly if your child requires medication to be kept at school.
All medication indicated on your child’s profile must be made available to Activ Camps’ staff. This medication may be held by either the host school or Activ Camps; however, Activ Camps will always require the medication to be signed in on an Activ Camps Medication Form.
