Here you will find all the childcare voucher providers we are registered with for each of our venues. If your childcare voucher provider is not listed below, please get in touch and we can register with them.
In some circumstances, we may ask for payment up front to confirm your booking. This payment will be refunded once your childcare voucher payment has been received.

Making a payment
You can make a booking with Activ Camps here. At checkout, please select ‘pay with childcare vouchers’ and select your chosen provider or Tax Free Childcare. You will then need to head over to your voucher provider’s website to make the payment.
They will request a code to link the payment from the provider to us. Please provide your voucher provider with one of the relevant codes below.
Your booking will be held for a maximum of seven days to allow for the payment to be made. If no payment has been made after seven days, your booking will be cancelled.

We accept bookings via Bright Horizons for all of our venues. Bookings must be directly made with Activ Camps before we can accept a booking request via Bright Horizons. Please select childcare vouchers, then Bright Horizons when checking out.
Prior to requesting a booking through Bright Horizons, please make your booking directly with Activ Camps here. When you arrive at checkout, select ‘pay with childcare vouchers’. This will place the booking in the system whilst we await confirmation of payment from Bright Horizons. Once this arrives, we will confirm your booking and send you a confirmation email.
Please note, attempting to make a booking without first creating an account and booking directly with Activ Camps may result in your booking being rejected. We require all children attending our camps to be registered through our system by their parent or legal guardian.
If you are eligible for this, you can claim up to 85% of your childcare costs with Activ Camps. The remaining 15% must be covered by the person making the booking. To use this service, please make a booking here and pay in full. Once the final week of your child’s time with us has passed, we will be able to claim up to 85% of the total cost of your booking and reimburse you via your original method of payment.
To enable us to make the claim, your child must be linked to one of our registered accounts with CCGPS. You will need to provide the scheme with a unique reference to add your child to our account. Please email info@activcamps.com to request this.
