Please note that all of these sessions will inform us as to your suitability to working with Activ Camps. This is not just a training day, it is a recruitment day too- bring a big ol’ smile!
Once you have completed the Training and Recruitment Day and should you be confirmed for work you will be given access to our Staff Resources, found on our website. On here you will find a series of policies & resources to prepare you for Activ Camps.
You will be expected to familiarise yourselves with these documents before your first day on camp.
Activ Camps always have a warm and supportive environment. As a new member of staff those more experienced staff will always be on hand to help out.
At the finish of your first day all new staff will meet with the Site Manager to discuss how it went. You will be given feedback and any concerns or queries will be answered.
On your third day all new staff will undergo an appraisal process. This appraisal will be done with the you so that you can share your thoughts on your progress whilst the senior staff member will offer clear feedback, direction and goals.
